We process and send orders during our daily business hours (Monday to Friday except holidays) from 9 am to 6 pm. All shipments are managed through our partner GLS and will be shipped 24 hours after receiving payment.
Estimated shipping times:
Deliveries in the European Union: 3-4 business days.
Deliveries to other countries: 6-7 business days, depending on customs procedures.
Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Deliveries may require a signature on delivery, consequently it is not possible to ship to PO Box Addresses. You can get additional information on the delivery terms here.
The shipping costs depend on the delivery address and will appear in the shopping cart before making payment. Customs or handling charges that may be levied at the final destination are beyond our control and we are unable to accept any responsibility for these. Orders over 100 Euros within the EU are free of charge.
As soon as we have sent your order, you will receive an email informing you of the tracking number and the link to track your package.
In the case that the received items are wrong, broken, defective, missing a part, lost by the courier, we will proceed to the shipment of a free new product as long as the incident has been notified within 48 hours after reception. You can get additional information on returns here.
