We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after dispatch. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from OCTAEVO to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, you will receive an email from us and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.
It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order.
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
By default, product prices are displayed including 21% VAT. Please note that depending on the country you are shipping to, extra import duties, customs and local sales taxes may apply. These supplementary costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Shopping at OCTAEVO is easy. You can shop by browsing the 'Shop' section or directly search by product category. Once you have found an item, select your quantity and use the 'Add to bag' button underneath. Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the 'Shopping bag' icon at the top of the page. You can add or delete products from your shopping bag. Click on 'Proceed to checkout' to complete your order.
Payment for online orders may be made using Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electrón, American Express, Diners and Red 6000 cards.
PayPal is an online payment service that allows to send money online with an email address. Once you sign up for an account, you can use PayPal to send money from a credit card or your bank account. All your financial information is securely stored and encrypted on the Paypal servers.
All items are in stock unless 'Sold out' is displayed directly over the image on the 'Shop' page. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If you are subscribed to our newsletters, you will be informed when the items is back in stock.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in.
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.
3. Await credit
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
