At OCTAEVO we love to transform your ideas. We believe that the more tailor-made a product, the more personal becomes the message. From engraved writing paper, correspondence cards to beautifully designed wedding invitations and personal notebooks, we serve discerning customers around the globe.
Relationships with our customers are important to us. Therefore our design team works closely together with all clients, offering the best quality design and craftsmanship in collaboration with our carefully selected providers.
However, quality cannot be achieved in just a few days. Depending on your request, please allow at least a 1 month for your project to become reality. Please note that it can get quite busy around Easter and Christmas. Wedding stationary may take up to 2 months.
Orders for personalised bespoke projects are put into production only upon receipt of full payment. OCTAEVO will endeavour to meet all delivery dates, barring unforeseen circumstances.
Changes to your order: OCTAEVO will issue a proof for your approval prior to the printing of your project. You can amend your proof up to two times, free of charge. Following this, a new proof will incur a minimum charge of 30 euros. OCTAEVO will not accept any responsibility for errors on proofs that have been signed off as correct.
Cancellations: Cancellation will incur the cost of all work completed to the date of notice of cancellation. This may include preparation of proofs or artwork and all hand finishes; hand engraving, bordering, bevelling and envelope tissue lining.
Refunds: Personalised bespoke projects are made to order. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, if we have made an error in fulfilling your order, we shall promptly correct or replace the items supplied to you. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Complaints regarding personalised bespoke items must be made in writing within 30 days of delivery or they will not be considered.
